Stand Off, Alberta (July 13, 2021):  At Kainai Forage the team never stops pushing forward the growth strategy.  Even with 2021 first-cut harvest setting a new daily record, the Kainai Forage team is continuing to press last year’s product and is making great progress on the build of the new processing plant.

This past week the framing of the building was completed.  Next up, the floor will be completed, and the exterior cladding will begin.  Once operational in fall 2021, the new 45,000 square foot state-of-the-art forage processing plant will be a cornerstone component for Kainai Forage.  The processing plant along with the company’s other expansion plans will enable the business to reach its growth trajectory of exporting over 125,000 metric tonnes (MT) of premium forage to its international customers a year.

These are exciting times for Kainai Forage with the team motivated by the quality and quantity of hay coming in from 2021 harvest and the expansion plans making significant progress.
