This week marks the first week of the harvest season, with inbound freshly baled Timothy Hay crossing the scales, being quality checked and stored in Kainai Forage’s state-of-the-art sheds in preparation for international export.

Harvest season is always a key time at Kainai Forage, as we bring the entire harvest into storage on our site.  After setting a record of 40,000 metric tonnes harvested during first cut in 2023, the dedicated team of more than 60 people expect to set yet another new record this year, with over 20,000-acres planted in Timothy Hay, underscoring the company’s commitment to excellence and growth for its customers.
