Stand Off, Alberta (September 16, 2021):  Since the start of September, our team has been working with our farming partners to receive and store the 2nd cut of premium Timothy Hay.  To date, the results continue to be good, and everybody is happy with the quality coming in from the field.

Each year Kainai Forage goes through two harvests of Timothy Hay, which is processed and stored for just-in-time shipments to customers around the world.  The Kainai Forage team meticulously quality checks and tags each customer’s order before the hay is stored and subsequently prepared for shipping.

Kainai Forage due to its unique location on the Kainai/Blood Tribe’s lands, which has the largest irrigation system in Canada, second largest in North America, was able to proceed as usual this year, despite uncooperative weather in the region.  This unmatched supply confidence enables Kainai Forage to differentiate itself to the market and ensure customer’s orders are fulfilled.
