Kainai Forage Provides an Inside Perspective of the Assembly of the New State-of-the-Art Hay Press

Standoff, Alberta (September 27, 2021):  With Kainai Forage’s new processing plant nearing completion, the team wanted to provide an inside perspective of the buildout of a key element of it, the new state-of-the-art hay press.  The included video brings the viewer inside the processing plant to see the new hay press being installed from start to finish.

The new hay press was custom designed for Kainai Forage to ensure maximum efficiency and enable the company to further their expansion plans, ultimately facilitating more premium forage to be supplied to customers around the world.  The new press brings the company’s ability to press hay to over 125,000 metric tonnes (“MT”) per year.  With surety of supply and the continuation of Kainai Forage’s additional expansion plans, the company is on pace to meet their Timothy Hay export goals of over 100,000 MT per year by 2024.
