Kainai Forage Completes a Record Setting 2nd Cut Harvest of Premium Timothy Hay
Standoff, Alberta (October 8, 2021): Kainai Forage, LP (“Kainai Forage” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the completion of the 2nd cut harvest of premium Timothy Hay. Thanks to the team and our farming partners, the Company can confirm that we have set a record for the amount of 2nd cut premium forage delivered to the plant, which is now stored and ready for just-in-time export to our international customers.
Kainai Forage’s unique business model, located on-Reserve, and with unmatched supply certainty anchored by the Kainai/Blood Tribe’s 25,000 acre irrigation project enables the company to ensure international exports are met year-after-year.
