Kainai Forage Team Memorializes Next Milestone in Expansion

Standoff, Alberta (October 21, 2021):  The team took the opportunity recently to memorialize the latest milestone in the Kainai Forage expansion by marking the last of the new sidewalks surrounding the new processing plant.   Thanks to Chief Fox, the Kainai Forage team, and the Indigena Capital team for gathering to insert their names, handprints, and a little art into the sidewalk.

The construction of the processing plant began earlier in 2021 and has been a full team effort that will enable Kainai Forage to export over 150,000 metric tonnes (“MT”) of premium Timothy Hay per year as the other elements of the expansion are completed.

With the imminent startup of the new press, we look forward to the operational efficiencies and additional capacity, bringing us another step closer to being the largest producer/exporter of premium Timothy Hay in Canada.
